Men’s Mental Health Matters
RECLAIM YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.
Why Men’s Mental Health Matters Now More Than Ever
1 in 4 men will experience a mental health challenge, but too many suffer in silence. Let’s change that. Mental health is something we all need to talk about more, and we want to shine a light on men’s mental health, a topic that’s often overlooked, yet urgently important.
Every year, over 800,000 people die by suicide—that’s one life lost every 40 seconds. In Canada, 75% of suicides are committed by men, with the highest rates among men aged 40–59.
These aren’t just statistics. They’re real people. These aren’t just individuals in crisis. Fathers. Sons. Brothers. Friends.
Many of them are high-functioning, successful, and silently struggling.
And while connection via Men’s Groups and therapy are critical, there’s one piece that’s often forgotten: nutrition. What we eat profoundly affects how we feel. Poor diet fuels anxiety, depression, and amplifies PTSD and burnout. Healing the body helps heal the mind—so men can stop masking the pain and start reclaiming their health.
Let’s start talking. Let’s start healing.
Your health. Your story. Your power.

BREAKING THE SILENCE
We believe in the power of open, honest, heart-opening dialogue. That’s why we’re on a mission to host 50 Men’s Mental Health Matters events across British Columbia this year.
These gatherings are designed to break the stigma and create a safe space where men can share their stories, support each other, and access the tools they need to thrive.
Whether it's a workplace, team, or community setting, we’ll guide the conversation and bring the resources. You bring the people.
Every Event Is a Safe Space for Real Talk
Our in-person events across British Columbia are designed to foster deep, meaningful conversations in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you're hosting in your workplace, community center, or local venue, our team will guide you through every step to ensure an impactful experience.
Here’s what you and your participants can expect:
✅ 60–90 minutes of guided conversation
✅ Opening grounding and mindfulness exercises
✅ Stories from real men who’ve navigated and thrived through their mental health challenges
✅ Supportive, non-judgmental space
✅ Q&A and discussion time
✅ Learn 3 proven tools to reverse mental health disorders and achieve optimal mental and physical health
This is not your typical mental health seminar. It’s a genuine and powerful conversation designed to build connection, break stigma, and spark healing among men in your community.
For over 20 years, Dr. Nicolette Richer has worked on the front lines of mental health and chronic disease, helping men reverse depression, anxiety, PTSD, and even suicidal ideation using evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, psychedelic therapy, plant-based protocols, and trauma-informed care. Her mission has always been clear: heal the root cause, not just manage the symptoms. Through one-on-one care, community programs, and global advocacy, Dr. Richer has helped men in hundreds of communities reclaim their lives - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
